CONTEMPORARY MUSIC FOR VIOLIN
Contemporary Classical Violin Music
The violin repertoire of the 20th and 21st centuries has expanded dramatically, with composers exploring new colors, extended techniques, and expressive possibilities. My works for violin reflect this evolution, offering pieces that range from intimate solos to chamber and stage works.
Contemporary Music for Violin
The violin has always struck me as an instrument of the soul — a voice that can sing, ache, or glow with quiet intensity. My contemporary violin music grows from that expressive depth: the intimacy of unaccompanied lines such as In Memoriam (Yizkor), the close dialogue of duos like Capriccio and the Violin Sonata, and the rich chamber textures of the Piano Trio, Like a Whirling Sand Clock, Mysterious Pond, four string quartets (Voices from India, Hope Cycles, Whispered Questions, Soliloquy), the Piano Quintet, and V5 for vibraphone and string quartet
