Program notes:
Dunes is a short atmospherically work for solo flute. In my mind, I imagined dunes which constantly change shape because of wind direction. Sometimes the changes are fast, but sometimes with tranquil wind the dunes stays still – motionless. Dunes is dedicated to flutist Abigail Dolan.
